Press record on iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch. After you stop, Phrase writes up a short summary, the decisions and the to-dos, with who does what and by when. The note opens in a block editor. Headings, to-dos, quotes and code with syntax highlighting are blocks you can edit or drag. A lecture's equations come out as LaTeX formulas, a process someone walks through becomes a Mermaid diagram, and a photo of the whiteboard sits next to the point it shows. Markdown shortcuts work as you type. The note keeps the recording and a transcript that shows who spoke, and a key promise gets a short clip of that moment under it. Play any line of the transcript to check the note against what was said. Ask Phrase in chat for changes, and each edit it makes has its own Undo. Phrase uses your device's microphone, so it works in a conference room, in a lecture hall or on a site walk. There is no bot to invite and no account to set up.
